What is Group A Streptococcal Infection?
Group A streptococci are a subgroup of bacteria that cause bacterial infections in humans. These infections commonly occur in the skin or throat but can spread into the blood, joints, and brain.

Fever
Repeated episodes of fever above 100.4°F / 38°C
Throat swelling
Difficulty swallowing food due to throat pain
